Artistic Philosophy
About
Tricia Dietrick is a twenty-two-year-old dance artist graduated from The Boston Conservatory at Berklee with a BFA in Contemporary Dance Performance with an emphasis in Dance Composition. She has trained at summer intensives such as A.I.M by Kyle Abraham, Doug Varone Devices, Hubbard Street Dance Chicago, and Dance Italia. Tricia has performed in works by Loni Landon, Victor Quijada, Doug Varone, José Limón, Raxel Kempenaar, and Crystal Perkins. She has had the privilege of her work being featured multiple times at The Boston Conservatory MainStage Theatre. Recently, Tricia was a part of the first ever all female identifying cast to perform ‘The Unsung’ by José Limón where she will be cataloged in the Lincoln Center Library for her contribution. She also has had her work 'Youlogy' showcased in Forward for the Boston Conservatory 2024 graduating class in New York City and Boston. Her work, 'Letter(s) to Mom' was featured in Moving Memory: Next Generation in New York City (2024) and 'Liminal State' for the Boston Conservatory Summer Dance Intensive (2024). Most recently, Tricia danced backup at Smoothie King Center for recording artist Blanca and also has danced in New York City to promote The Umbrella Academy Season 4. Tricia cannot wait to see what the future brings and hopes to continue exploring dance creation, collaboration, and performance.
